  Our roll formed parts such as drip edges, flashings and gutter protectors are made to provide an excellent moisture barrier, a desired finish to your specifications, and to have chemical resistance when needed. Our parts can be made to please any aesthetic preference requirements. Materials used in our Drip Edge parts are:
Stainless, Copper, Bronze, Aluminum, Galvanized Steel, PrePainted Steel and other Special Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Alloys.
Materials can have a plain commercial finish or a PreFinished material can be used, as well. PreFinished materials are finishes placed on the metal before our roll forming operation is performed.

Drip Edges and Roll Form Parts Dimensions
Thicknesses of materials of these Drip Edges, Flashings, Reglets, Gutter Protectors, Construction Joints, and Roof Edgings range from .005" through .125" thick. Lengths can be made from 3” long through 40’ long. The width of coiled material before our Roll Forming process can be up to 19" wide. Part height after forming can be as tall as 5". Material can be prehard for extra stiffness, or a special softness may be required, as well.
Custom Designed Parts for Drip Edges, Flashings, Reglets, Gutter Protectors, Construction Joints & Roof Edgings
For custom designed parts, Johnson Bros. can provide dependable complex part tolerances and finish specifications to meet your roll forming needs. Along with custom parts, the parts we manufacture from standard existing tooling will have dependable tolerances, and continuous finishes, part after part. There are standard sizes of some of our Drip Edges, Flashings, Reglets, Gutter Protectors, Construction Joints and Roof Edgings that do not require tooling to be built for. For example, our Masonry Wall Drip Edges at 1.625" widths and less:
Custom Drip Edges, with tooling modifications, can be produced at wider widths than 1.625". We produce parts to order and do not carry parts in stock. If your volume is high enough for a blanket order with monthly or quarterly releases, stock will then be produced in time for the next shipment.
Economically Manufacturing Drip Edges, Flashings, Reglets, and Gutter Protectors
Higher quantities make our Roll Forming process most economical. As a manufacturer of Drip Edges, Flashings, Reglets, Gutter Protectors, Construction Joints and Roof Edgings, we recommend using our parts for orders of 5,000 feet or more. However, for simple shapes with existing tools, a minimum of 2,000 feet per order is allowed. Except for parts that can only be produced as a Roll Form part at low volumes; production of lower volumes may be less expensive if a different forming process is used, such as brake forming at a local and/or experienced sheet metal fabricator. If special tooling is required and your annual volume is high, there may be a sizeable discount given on tooling expense.
