POP Display Parts and Display Hardware

There are many POP Display Parts and other display hardware that are produced by other manufacturing methods than Roll Forming. For Example, brake presses are used to produce small volumes and samples of custom sized Shelf Strip and Price Tag Holders. Parts brake presses produce are also termed "Pressings". When a custom sized Shelf Strip is needed by a customer, at very low or sample volume, brake press use is more cost effective than a special custom sized Price Tag Molding, when quantities are hundreds of feet, not thousands in total footage. The only problem is that brake forming is far less accurate than roll forming and more expensive in thousands of total footage needed. Another problem is finding a brake forming source that has the right end corner radii or weld projection tooling that you may need in a hurry. However, brake forming is an alternative and has its place in manufacturing a POP Display Part like a Price Tag Holder. Many of our customers have their own brake formers for small amounts and samples and come to us for good volumes over 1,000 feet total of all lengths combined.  If you may need a referral for samples, by brake forming, our salesmen would happy to recommend one to you.

I must recommend that we supply your samples of our Price Card Shelf Channel that has our 1.25" ID standard face. We can rush these to you and they would be little or no cost. They would have the end corner radii and be with weld projection or without, in our three standard thicknesses of cold rolled plain finish steel: .024", .030" and .036" thick.

Customize your POP Display Parts

Some customers have specific ways they want their Price Cards and Label Strips to fit into our Shelf Edge Label Holders. The fit of these strips and cards in our parts can be made to be lose and slide freely. It can also be a slideable fit by fingertip or a firm fit, not easily slideable. Most customers have or get our Shelf Edge Label Holder samples and match their cards and strips to our sample when a special fit is required. Our standard tolerance can always be verified as we have prints you can work from or we can develop your own company prints for any differences or custom parts as needed. It`s very important to remember, especially when painting or powder coating, that the fit of your cards and strips be designed by the post coated Price Tag Holders dimensions, not the dimensions prior to coating. Many customers aren’t aware of this until its too late so please be aware of this need for samples and production parts. Parts are produced to order and stock reserve only kept for large blanket order shipping releases. Existing samples may or may not be available. Prototypes for large orders are feasible.
