Hem Bar, Bottom Bar & Hem-Line Channels
  Bottom bars in this style are
made to have the wood slat,
attached to the transparent
mylar shade material, slide
into the slightly open, split
seam in the bar. This assembly
has a smooth slide fit without
snagging. This Moulding or Split
and Hemmed Seam rectangular
tube can be used as Bottom Rails
for other Shade material and
Blinds and Maps. We supply many
styles and diameters of Roller
Tubing that can be used with
all of these assemblies as seen
under our product line called
"Shade Roller Tubing". The Bottom
Bars are made from Prepainted
Tempered Steel to avoid deflection
over a long span. They are carton
packed with interleaf, to avoid
scratching the painted finish,
and placed and banded with 2x4
framing on wooden platform pallets
to avoid damage in shipping.
