Curtain Rods
  Shower Rods, Curtain Rods, Closet Rods, & Wardrobe Bars are typically made in a standard 1" O.D. Round Lock Seam Tubing. Shower Rods may also be provided as a Slotted Seam with return Flanges to the inside of the tube made for sliding ball and chain hooks down it`s length or for other hanging assemblies. Standard Shower Rods are available in a Bright Stainless Finish and can also be produced in various other stainless and aluminum finishes. A clear or transparent blue, strippable, PVC covering is applied to the entire tube except the seaming area to provide protection during forming and all the way to installation. This PVC can be removed easily. They come in 60, 66, and 72 inch lengths but can be produced to custom lengths as well. Ends can be clean cut or dimple cut for less cost. Lengths can also be bent inline to be a curved shower rod. Shower Rods are carton packed on pallets with 2x4 banded frames. Other tubing diameters, telescoping sets, and shapes can also be produced as Shower Rods and Curtain Rods.
Shower Rods, Curtain Rods, Closet Rods, & Wardrobe Bars are produced in many colors of prepainted and preplated steel. Although 1" O.D. is the standard, many other sizes and special shaped tubing in many different seams, can be produced easily. .375 inch Round Split Seam is also produced as Cafe Rods and may be made with mating telescoping tubing. An Oval curtain rod in 1" and .75" can also be provided. Standard 1" O.D. Curtain and Closet Rods can be provided in a standard Bright Silver Tin Plate, and Simulated Chrome and Simulated Brass finishes which is the bright tin plate with a clear or clear brass paint over the tin plating. This economical coating was originally formulated specifically for Johnson Bros. in the 1960`s. A White Prepainted steel is also a standard color. Custom Colors, Coatings, Finishes, Metal types, and Thicknesses, can also be provided. Accurate cut Lengths can be as needed and are carton and/or crate packed.
