Each Taped Roller Tube is made from Extra Hardened Prepainted Steel with a thickness of .020" or .0185" nominal. The Grooved Roller Tube that is Grey in the photop above is made from .021" or .024" nominal thickness. All of these Roller Tubes can be made in prepainted or other prefinishes such as: Hot Dip Galvanized, Preplated Tin Plate, Aluminized, Aluminum with or without Anodizing, Brass, Bronze, Stainless, with prepolishing, prepainting as well.

  • Pre-Painted White Steel Roller Tube (Painted Inside & Out)
  • Each Steel Tube can be Purchased in Either 12 Foot or 16 Foot Lengths
  • Custom Size Cuts in Widths Available - Nominal Charge
  • Each Roller Tube has End Dimples
  • Lock Seam Tube Construction 26 Gauge (.017) Tempered Steel
  • Straightness Tolerance .01" Per Foot
  • Can Alter Tube Diameter to Fit Your End Bracket
  • Minimum Order- One Full Pallet

Parts are produced to order and stock reserve only kept for large blanket order shipping releases. Existing samples may or may not be available. Prototypes for large orders are feasible.
